BARRY WOODS
Barry Woods founded Woods Maintenance Services in 1975 after graduating from UCLA and has grown the company into a leading provider of exterior maintenance solutions. Barry has been recognized numerous times by the City of Los Angeles and other municipalities for his significant contributions to city enhancement and beautification projects. A dedicated philanthropist, he has supported numerous charities across Southern California. Barry also serves on the Board of Directors for CSOP, a Nevada-based charitable organization that has organized and managed fundraising events for over a decade, benefiting organizations such as Families for Effective Autism Treatment, Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Jude’s Research Hospital. Under CSOP’s leadership, over $6 million has been raised for these causes, earning the organization the Charitable Initiative Award in 2015. In his free time, Barry enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time at the beach.

Jeff Woods, a founding partner of the company’s predecessor, D & B Maintenance, rejoined the organization in 1998 to lead day-to-day operations. With deep expertise in information technology, Jeff has played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and introducing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency across the organization. Known as the ‘glue’ of the firm, he is highly regarded for his leadership and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time on the golf courses of Los Angeles.

Josh Woods, a Los Angeles native, returned to his roots in 2009 after two decades of building his career and leadership experience in Michigan, New York, and Illinois. As Chief Operating Officer, Josh brings a forward-thinking vision and entrepreneurial spirit to Woods Maintenance Services, blending modern business strategies with the company’s long-standing commitment to excellence. His diverse background in business ventures equips him to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across all service lines. Beyond the office, Josh leads an active lifestyle and values time with family and he is a proud supporter of his three children’s athletic and artistic pursuits. When not cheering them on, Josh enjoys traveling and discovering new destinations alongside his wife, continuing to seek fresh perspectives and inspiration both personally and professionally.

Jared Woods began his career with WMS in the early 1990s, where one of his most vivid memories is the unmistakable sights, sounds, and smells of cleaning metal dog crates at the Los Angeles Animal Shelter during the peak of summer in the San Fernando Valley. After spending several decades gaining outside experience, Jared returned to WMS to help oversee the company’s relocation to its current headquarters and to lead key technological advancements transforming the field service industry. When he’s not keeping the company afloat, Jared enjoys riding motorcycles and bicycles, spending time at the beach, and attending live music events with his wife.

Rebeca Perez
Rebeca Perez is the Director of Business Development at Woods Maintenance Services, where she leads marketing strategies and client engagement initiatives to drive company growth. With a strong focus on building lasting partnerships and developing strategic outreach campaigns, Rebeca brings insight and creativity to expanding the company’s presence in both public and private sectors. She is an active member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Los Angeles Chapter, and the San Fernando Valley Chapter, where she contributes to advancing industry knowledge and networking within the facilities management community. When she is not attending industry events, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and pursuing new experiences that broaden her perspective.

Marina Lopez has been a dedicated member of Woods Maintenance Services since 2008, contributing her skills across several departments over the years. Having worked in different areas of the company, she brings a well-rounded understanding of operations to her current role. She ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, prepares certified payroll reports, and manages HR responsibilities such as employee records, onboarding, and benefits administration. Her attention to detail and commitment to compliance help keep both field and office operations running efficiently. Marina loves spending time with her family, cherishing every moment as they are her greatest source of inspiration.

Antonio Morales brings over two decades of dedicated service to Woods Maintenance Services, where he has successfully managed a wide range of contracts across multiple service areas. Highly skilled in both graffiti abatement and landscape maintenance, Antonio combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure every project is executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Senior Supervisor, he oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates field teams, and ensures compliance with client specifications and environmental regulations. Antonio’s long-standing commitment and versatility make him a trusted leader in delivering exceptional results for municipalities and private-sector clients alike.

RENE LOPEZ
Rene Lopez has been an integral part of Woods Maintenance Services since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience and leadership to the team. Over the years, he has successfully supervised numerous contracts, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications. In his current role as Senior Supervisor, Rene manages a team of 16 highly trained graffiti abatement technicians, providing guidance, quality control, and operational oversight. His extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence have made him a cornerstone of the company’s success and a trusted partner to the communities we serve.

Mario Acosta has been a dedicated member of Woods Maintenance Services since 1997, specializing in landscape and irrigation maintenance. As Senior Supervisor, he currently oversees all landscape and irrigation operations for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), ensuring the highest standards of care and sustainability. With decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise, Mario excels in managing complex maintenance schedules, irrigation systems, and plant health programs. His leadership and deep knowledge of landscape best practices make him an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
